Our name comes from nature and science alike. Berberine is a compound found in the Barberry plant — a bright yellow extract used in traditional medicine for thousands of years. Modern research has confirmed what practitioners observed for centuries: berberine supports the body's ability to regulate blood sugar, respond to insulin, and maintain healthy cholesterol levels.
We named our platform after this compound because it represents what we believe in — solutions grounded in evidence, validated by science. Every Berine course is authored by Registered Dietitian Nutritionists who also hold the Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist credential — the highest clinical qualification in diabetes education.
